You say potato….
Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012 by ericaRecently I attended a workshop hosted by the preeminent spiritual coach in Australia. It culminated with each participant pushing an ordinary drinking straw through a raw potato. Though it may sound like a parlor trick, the exercise is designed to show us where our focus is. The instruction was to visualize the straw already through the potato. Visualize it already done. This directive is not new in metaphysical circles. Most of us have been manifesting for years. But this demonstration is valuable for the times when we have been “knocked off of our game.” It reminds us to come back into our power; to regain our focus.
Weakness and force are interesting concepts to consider as we attempt to push a straw through a potato. If we are coming from a place of weakness the potato will certainly be perceived as stronger than the straw and at the point of entry, the straw will bend. Coming from a place of force, the straw will not sustain the force pushing it from behind and upon contact with the potato, the straw will bend. Neither outcome yields the desired result. The straw doesn’t make it through.
In life, when we are coming from a place of weakness, obstacles seem insurmountable. People and situations can seem immoveable or impenetrable. We feel stuck, sometimes even hopeless.
When we are coming from a place of force, we can certainly make things happen and attain our goals, but at what cost to our relationships, our stress levels and our health? Are we truly happy fighting the fight every day? I always say, “Give me the executive before the heart attack.”
When we come from a place of power, not of weakness or force, we find that things flow much more easily and smoothly. Coming from a “place of power” combines clarity of vision, the requisite execution and the ability to see the big picture. In corporate, we call this the 30,000’ view.
Once we know how, it isn’t even that hard to do! In the end, everyone was able to get the straw through the potato.
So how do we apply this concept to our lives? How do we regain our “power” in a situation that has made us “go weak?” How do we slide on through, experience a favorable outcome and then upon completion observe, “That wasn’t even hard to do?”
The short answer is by identifying what made us “go weak” in the first place. Once we determine what made us go weak or “off of our game” we can correct the erroneous thoughts and feelings underneath it. We can release any attendant emotions and/or physical manifestations. We can reconnect to our spiritual center. Then we are operating on all four cylinders. Our body, mind, spirit and emotions are clear and in alignment with our vision and purpose. We become unstoppable!
The bonus is that when we clear the original negative material, we will no longer attract situations that make us go weak. Either we will see it coming and avoid them, or not even attract/create them in the first place.
Imagine the ability to redirect creative energy that is perpetually stuck in recurring, chronic or seemingly unsolvable situations. Inhale – take a moment to embrace the feeling of limitless creative freedom. Exhale – aah, doesn’t that feel better? We are creative beings who are consciously or unconsciously creating all of the time. Imagine staying in your power, all day, every day. How much could you achieve? There you go – now stick that straw through the potato. See, it’s not even hard to do!

Success Kinesiology in historical context
Tuesday, September 25th, 2012 by ericaSuccess topics have circulated and been available in print since the 1930s with Norman Vincent Peale. In the 1950s hypnotists began addressing the subconscious mind much more directly, did experiments, and implicated it as a partner in manifesting material success.
In the 1960s and 1970s, body-based psychotherapies blazed trails here also, especially Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetics and diverse classes at the early Esalen, in Big Sur, Calif.
If I recall correctly, in the 1970s, T. Harv Eker began doing live events introducing his audiences to the significance of partnering with their own subconscious mind. Eker is the author of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind which appeared on the New York Times bestseller list in 2005.
However based on results; and, compared to what is possible now, all of the above, hypnosis, body-based psychotherapies, and live, large public events talking about the power of the subconscious mind, left much to be desired. The audience was and continues to be very hungry for even more direct access to and leverage on their blocks and obstacles to 3D material success. The appropriate cliché here is, “A lot of smoke was generated but not much fire.”
As I see it, if the goal is in increasing peoples’ access to, and resolution of, blocks and obstacles to success; then in terms of strategy and concept, the big bottleneck, has been the divorce between success as a topic and our physical body.
Any attempt to conceive of success as somehow possible separate, apart and away from connection with our physical body, violates the basic Law of Oneness and is a fantasy taking us up, out and way from the wholeness of ourselves here and now.
In other words, we don’t have authentic 3D material success and abundance here apart from our body. We don’t have authentic 3D material success and abundance ‘from the neck up only,’ irrespective of our psyche, ‘from the neck down.’
In the late 1990s some light began to appear, the converging of several educational vectors. Except possibly for a few dowsers in the 1950s who left no literature that I know of, for the first time, simple geometry, conventional success topics and muscle testing were converged.
The converging of these three topics became the simpler, more elegant and more useful strategy and tactics for increasing peoples’ access to, and resolution of, blocks and obstacles to success.
Q: Okay I can follow this; that sounds reasonable. So where are the books, articles and literature?
A: I’d like to know that too. Some Touch for Health practitioners learned and used muscle testing to facilitate goals by identifying and resolving muscle imbalance and weakness, “A Touch for Health goal balance makes it easier for a person to achieve their goal by balancing their energies in relation to that goal.” But by 2000 more precise language was being forged. Until we find something better than what I’ve been able to find, the current material appears to be the first comprehensive articulation of this strategy and tactics.
Success is not one-pointed
Our merely intellectual mind, divorced from the “bigger you” prefers that success be one-pointed, one thing to do, one magic pill to take, one goal, one task. That’s how its used to working and how our conscious intellect works best.
No one who has studied very successful people believes success is one pointed, is that easy. If it were, we would ALL be successful.
Rumi was correct
For those who have not heard, the Sufi poet Rumi clarified how to go after any positive quality you wish more of, like success: You cannot go at Love directly; what you can go at directly is your blocks and obstacles to Loving.
The same applies to success. As we have willingness to heal, we chip away at our blocks and obstacles to success, as we uncover them; and, as we have Tools That Heal to address them.
How many dimensions does success have?
Clearly success has more than one dimension—but how many?
This is where body-based thinking becomes so useful. If you begin thinking of success as similarly complex to physical health, then you right away are thinking about success in enough dimensionality to make progress.
When we begin likening physical success and physical health, it’s useful to think in terms of optimal Coherence, Integration and Alignment, the NEW CIA, an idea from John Maguire of KinesiologyInstitute.com.
Additional dimensions of success
CIA gives us three dimensions of success with which to address our blocks and obstacles to success; yet, these so far are abstractions, not body-based.
We can make them body-based by simply using an existing anatomical quadrant system.
How CIA am I top to bottom in my body?
How CIA am I right and left in my body?
How CIA am I front and back in my body?
Before self-muscle-testing, these were abstract considerations. Once muscle testing converged with this simple geometry, it became possible to MEASURE how CIA a person is on top, on bottom, and compare the two numbers.
We can do this for right and left, front and back, as well.

Lonely no more
Friday, September 7th, 2012 by ericaAt the stopping point along the bike trail, I cried tears of relief. I get it now, I said silently to the hot sun and smiled. I remember now…
I spent the most of my early life wondering why I was so isolated. As the oldest of four kids, I didn’t quite “fit in” with anyone. I remember my boyfriend sending me a horoscope link to my birthday, calling me jokingly a “black sheep” — how true it was! In other books, I was labeled a “provocateur”. I was odd, truly. I remember reading Greek mythology books in the fourth grade. From Greek to Norse, Japanese, Egyptian, Wicca, and the Druids. I distinctly remember a time I would sit at my mom’s chair after breakfast and longingly want to drink from her leftover cup to feel her energy. I drank a lot of coffee back then! In the 6th grade, I could see pink colors surrounding them while they were off to play dodge ball. I read Tarot cards while in high school and still connect with them from time to time, their energy still crispy to my fingers.
I realized certain behaviors aren’t meant to be discussed publicly. Eyebrows were raised! So, things were left ignored and forgotten. Time went on. College followed by marriage followed by divorce and then marriage again. With a nasty family disagreement, my family refused to talk to me anymore. I fired my friends because they became too toxic to me. I became depressed from loneliness and rejection. My dear husband, try as he might, couldn’t support me in the ways in which I needed to flourish. Luckily, I was able to commune with like-minded individuals like Lightbearers (formerly known as POETs – People of Expanding Thoughts) and Common Ground because I needed them. My online game family made me happy for a while, but the emptiness still filled me. And I kept seeking still what was eluding me.
Fast forward to my nutrition phase…
Then, all of the sudden, a chance meeting happened. I met an acupuncturist and a chiropractor as part of Integrative Assessment Technique class. Being a projector in Human Design, I felt warmly invited to their call and play! When I realized that I could ask questions and I could get answers, I was overwhelmed with questions and answers The chiropractor mentioned to me I could become a medical intuitive. Could I??? Apparently so!
With practice, I’ve gotten better. It got to where I can read energies in people’s bodies. I can sense cancer. I can feel anger and hopelessness and sorrow in someone’s body. At one point when I was able to determine my many past lives that I have lived, it finally dawned on me. I have lived nine lives and everything led up to now. From Arabia (no wonder I can’t stop listening to that music!!), China, Japan, Africa, and elsewhere. I was a medicine man and healer. God had a purpose for me. I knew that from before, but I believe it now. Every event, every tragedy, every celebration, and everything in between led up to now. I no longer had to be afraid. Joy filled my heart and tears filled my eyes.
Welcome home!

Karma flows to the releaser
Thursday, September 6th, 2012 by ericaBy Bruce Dickson, MSS, MA
If you working with clients, let the Light take the negativity released in your sessions.
“Karma flows to its releaser.” I heard this from Maryann Castellanos of HealthyEnergetics.net, another very-experienced Energy Detective. Her words are the real main reason to ask Soul and Above to do the heavy lifting.
I have seen this in my own practice. I have seen healer acquaintances of mine get in trouble by ignoring this idea.
If you claim and make it your job to be the Releaser of Karma for clients–it can happen. Be careful what you ask for.
When the Allied Forces freed the remaining living prisoners from Nazi death-camps, the Allied Forces felt responsible for arranging care for the prisoners they had freed.
Downward spiral habits, negativity, has consciousness just like we do. They simply have much less consciousness than you or I. When downward spirals release from clients, they come out of the client and wait to be told where to go. They need a new place to go. They look around for who released them. They go towards whoever authored their release. If you claim to be the “author” of their release, why wouldn’t they come into your field?
If you detach from wanting to be the “big Kahuna” with your clients, if you make your only job and intention to be the asker and allower and facilitator of the Light to do as much as it can to to remove remove all the negativity set free in your sessions. Then you can walk away free and clear.
Bertrand Babinet of Babinetics.com has more precise language for the consequences of releasing client karma into God’s hands. “You can walk away with nothing more than needing to wash your hands.” So do wash your hands after sessions, do ground yourself and so on.
Q: SPECIFICALLY how do I do ask for the Light to do the heavy lifting in client sessions?
A: Easy, you do this thru attention and intention. Your voice is a good way to create with your intention. Here’s one person’s prayer below. If you can improve on it, please do.
Father-Mother-God,
we ask for You to fill, surround and guide this action.
We are so grateful You are taking anything released
either down into the Earth
to be put to bed, laid to rest and neutralized in Mother Earth.
Or into the heart of the Traveler (Christ, Buddha, etc.)
and take it up, up and away into the higher realms,
to be recycled, transformed and transmuted.
For this and all the other blessings
we are so grateful
and so be it.
P.S. Asking negativity to be re-absorbed by the Earth, this does not hurt the Earth. Much negativity we hold onto came from the Earth and we’re just returning what we borrowed.

A visit to a meduim to chat with my son and mother
Thursday, August 30th, 2012 by ericaI also visited a well known medium. He hears and sees those who have crossed over and speaks their messages. This was a lovely day and I did return for another session after my mother crossed into the Light. The medium, Tim, was wonderful. Tim is a very gentle spirit with a loving voice and mannerisms to accompany that voice. I was so at ease during my first session, and it was all about Damon and what he was accomplishing on the other side. Contrary to popular belief, we do not rest. We continue to work on our lessons just in a more peaceful and loving atmosphere.
At my second session with Tim, Damon came into the reading having been gone four years. My mother was also there having crossed only the prior year. My father was there, but the medium felt he did not want to talk. Now, that is not like my father at all. I will say that it had been over twelve years since he crossed over, so he may be a changed man, but during his incarnation with me he could talk for hours and loved to! There was also a woman who had had cancer, but we could not place her. Her name sounded like Carol or Carolyn. After leaving the session and mulling it over it dawned on me that it was Colleen! She had recently crossed over, and after talking with my Guides they helped me to know that she wanted her children to know she was doing well and was happy. I found a friend of the family and passed the message on. I have no idea if they have gone to see the medium, but I know they must have enjoyed knowing that she was happy and smiling as always.
My mother asked me, through Tim, to “give her love to the girls” which would mean my sisters. She also thanked me for my kind words and for being with her when she crossed. We were there, many of us in the family, but I stood and held her hand and gave her all of our wishes to cross over and be on her way. Her journey had been a long one, and it was time for her to be free of pain and humiliation and frustration. Then in the session with Tim there came the rose that Damon gave me for taking care of his Morgan. I do that with take care of her with love and without obligation. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
After that there were other messages and soon, a birthday cake. We determined it was for me as Tim said it was a late May or June birthday. Sean has his birthday in June, but mine is the 23rd of May. The medium made the final decision as he said there were “many” candles. Thanks guy! My mother wanted to acknowledge that she was part of the birthday cake as well as Damon. I laughed and thought about the ones she missed in my adulthood. Later my sister reminded me that it was a few days before my birthday when she passed, and she was saying happy birthday. She would not have been able to speak those words on my birthday had she still been on the earth plane due to her disabilities before crossing.
The days I volunteer I try to take classes on many subjects. The latest class has been in mediumship. The teacher, Debra, is darling and full of laughter and mirth. She lets me know of my growth and tells me when I have a message from the other side for someone to just say it! As I am just beginning to know that they are giving me messages, I have to learn to just trust it. During automatic writing about three months ago I was told that mediumship is the last piece of my puzzle and then I will be where I was meant to be. Teaching and healing. That is my true life’s purpose.

Psycho-therapy keeps you insane!
Tuesday, August 28th, 2012 by ericaWhen I first entered the field of psychotherapy some 40 years ago, I was taught that spirituality was best left to the realm of religion. That’s like telling a cardiologist to treat a sick heart but forget about the rest of the body.
Some psychotherapists deny that we are spiritual beings on a human excursion. If they focus primarily on labeling clients with a mental disorder so they can be fixed, that is insane. Would the diagnosis of borderline personality disorder make anyone feel whole?
No one is really broken. A caterpillar isn’t flawed because it hasn’t yet evolved into a butterfly. Like the caterpillar, we are evolving toward the full realization that Spirit is the ground of our being and we are not separate.
We’re all asked to become spiritual therapists and connect with our inner GPS, the Guiding Power of Spirit. We can then turn every human encounter into a spiritual experience. Symptoms, crises and conflicts create a breakdown. The spiritual therapist might say, “Halleluiah!” and recognize the opportunity to break through the attachment to ego. The crack in the psyche can allow the light of Spirit to enter consciousness.
Be warned. Our inner psycho – therapist will rush in with labels, judgment and coping skills to preserve the separateness of ego. Psycho employs fear to drive us crazy and projects outward to blames others who threaten the ego’s identity.
We no longer need a psycho – therapist unless, of course, we want to be insane. A spiritual therapist will teach us about healing separateness, knowing that we are all One. We will be asked to forgive and let go of judgments and labels. We will be guided to lovingly accept ourselves as human and divine.
Once we shift our thinking, we recognize our heartfelt desires. We reframe situations as blessings and connect more deeply with others. We awaken to the miracle that we are returning home to love and inner peace.
Psycho – therapy or spiritual therapy. The choice is yours!

FAQs and answers regarding the psychic Edgar Cayce (part 4)
Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 by ericaIn my recent articles, I have offered answers to some of life’s toughest questions based on the Edgar Cayce Readings (ECRs). This is a continuation of the FAQs and answers I encounter most in online chats. The following answers are not sanctioned by the A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment), the organization dedicated to making the Edgar Cayce Readings available to everyone. However, I have a long history with the Readings and A.R.E. and I maintain that any errors in my answers do not detract from the loving and joyous Truth offered through the Cayce material.
According to the ECRs, do we always deserve the negative things that happen to us?
There are two options offered in the ECRs for why bad things happen to good people. The first is reaping what we have sown so that we may learn to make better choices resulting in better outcomes in the future. The other was modeled by Jesus when He allowed Himself to be crucified. We can choose to put ourselves in harm’s way with the intention of helping others. We can “unfairly suffer” in such cases even though we had no negative karma due to us, but it is our choice to get in such a position. Here’s an example…
Say a child is born unto a family with a father who has a long history of molestation. If the child born also has karma coming to them of past molestations, imagine how difficult it would be to resist the karmic attraction between two such people? But a soul could choose to be born into that family to help the father overcome his desire to molest. Because the child does not owe a karmic debt of molestation, the father would not be as tightly drawn to act selfishly in the innocent child’s case. The father’s success experienced there by choosing not to molest could expand to all situations. However, if the father still stumbles, it is the up to the child to overcome the negativity brought by the father, much like Jesus overcame the negativity brought against Him through the crucifixion. All things can work to good if we would make loving choices to have it work out that way.
According to the ECRs, who was Jesus and what did He come to the earth to do?
Jesus was a later incarnation of Amelius, the leader of the 2nd wave of souls who came to help those already entrapped. He was also Adam who started the human race and led others to establish the pattern of reincarnation on earth. The lifetime as Jesus was His 30th on earth but it was the only one where He perfectly manifested the Christ spirit in its entirety. Among His other human lifetimes, Jesus was identified by the ECRs as being Enoch, Hermes, Melchizedek, Joseph (coat of many colors) and Joshua. In the case of the life as Joseph, Judas Iscariot was the same brother who accepted silver to sell Joseph /Jesus into slavery…all done by the brother/Judas thinking it for a good purpose at the time…and so we see our karmic patterns repeating, even back then.
According to the ECRs, did Jesus and others actually perform the miracles told of in the Bible?
Yes, and there is a scientific explanation for every one of them. God has always delegated the running of His universe to the universal laws. According to the ECRs, God does not manage the law of gravity by consciously pulling at 32 feet per second per second on every bit of matter in the universe. Gravity operates lawfully without supervision, as does every normal occurrence and each miracle we see. Today, we don’t see flying as a miracle, but there was a time when it was thought to be impossible. Moving iron filings around on a sheet of paper without touching them can appear to be telekinesis unless it is caused by a magnet unseen on the reverse side of the paper. So too can miracles occur of healing and all other types in lawful ways, once we understand how the universal laws operate and can work with them to accomplish our highest desires.
According to the ECRs, is the Bible the infallible word of God?
The Bible is said to contain the infallible word of God, but not every word in the Bible comes from God. If we have our free will to choose without interference, then even the Biblical authors had the freedom to misconstrue what they were inspired to write. Furthermore, the esteemed clergy who voted on the final version of the Bible during the 4th century never had a unanimous vote when it came to which books should be included and which were eventually considered blasphemous. Clearly, God leaves the discernment of Truth up to each one of us, but He will always answer our questions (when we come seeking out of love) through meditation. In this way we have always had access to God and Truth no matter when or where we lived on earth.
Did the EC ever give readings to famous people in history, as in famous past lives?
Famous while alive in Cayce’s times, yes. Woodrow Wilson, Thomas Edison, Irving Berlin and George Gershwin were among the names you would remember who received a Cayce reading. There were approximately 200 past lives given that were known in recorded history for souls seeking such information. Alexander the Great, Thomas Jefferson, Achilles and many of Cayce’s own past lives were disclosed over the decades he gave readings. Of Cayce’s own past lives, many were not so well known as say Ra Ta, builder of the pyramids. In fact, he misused his psychic gifts in past lives on more than one occasion.
Since Cayce gave about 2,000 past life readings and only a rough 10% of those were for famous people, this does answer the question of why everyone who remembers a past life was somebody famous. Chances are we have all been someone famous at some point in recorded history, and those are the past lives upon which we most like to dwell. However, we often don’t rise to such notable heights.

FAQs and answers regarding the psychic Edgar Cayce (part 3))
Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 by ericaIn my last article, I offered answers to some of life’s toughest questions based on the Edgar Cayce Readings (ECRs).
Did EC really predict that massive earth changes would occur?
Not as given in say the National Enquirer. He did have a dream once in which he saw the coastline of Nebraska far in the future when flying cars were the chief mode of transportation. His readings did predict circumstances whereby great earth changes could occur (Mt. Pelee and/or Vesuvius erupting means CA will be inundated within 3 months), but no timeline was given for when such great earth changes would occur. Most say because the ECRs spoke of the New Age of Aquarius occurring in 1958-98 that it would all happen before then, but Cayce’s readings did not predict it had to be that way.
What did EC have to say about the Millennium and the 2ndComing?
That it was just the opposite of the traditional Christian thinking. Only the more loving-minded souls will be allowed to incarnate during the 1,000 years of peace to ensure the world follows the loving pattern set by Jesus. When the more challenging souls are again allowed to incarnate on earth, society will have changed so much for the better that willing compliance with a loving way of life will be much easier for all to choose.
What did the ECRs have to say about the book of Revelation’s dire outcome for Humanity?
The vision John had was meant to be interpreted personally before thinking of it applying to the whole. For example, the symbolism of the 12 tribes of Israel is analogous to the 12 systems in the human body. The four horsemen of the apocalypse are analogous to the four lower chakras/centers with the Father/Son/Holy Spirit being analogous to the highest three of the seven total chakras/centers. The ongoing conflict of those seven endocrine glands and the hormones they secrete to offset each other’s influence is quite a battle in biological terms. So looking to our minds and bodies for answers to the symbolism of the Revelation is best. However, there is always a corresponding interpretation of our visions/dreams at each level of our bodies, minds and souls. So we can expect greater upheavals in the world as we change from within allowing the best in each of us to be the guide rather than our lower thinking.
What did the ECRs say about karma, grace and the law of attraction?
Karma is cause-and-effect, meaning what choices we make are drawn back to us for our weal or woe. This is always meant to be instructive so that we know what choices to repeat and what to change in the future. Grace kicks in when we have truly learned our lesson so that we no longer suffer through the remaining karma we already put into motion. The law of attraction acts like a magnet to draw to us what we have built with our thoughts and actions. Karma is not punitive but rather is meant to be instructive. That is how the universe operates naturally…our thoughts and choices attract our circumstances, like birds of a feather.

The One Command with Asara Lovejoy
Tuesday, July 31st, 2012 by katieWhen I heard that Asara Lovejoy would be coming to our school to teach a consciousness class called The One Command in an intensive 2 day seminar, I was both excited and intrigued. I wanted to know more about who she was and what she was offering. Could her system offer me the tools to finally live in that financial, peaceful and receptive abundance that I have been spending most of my adult life searching for? You just never know…….right?
Through my research I quickly learned that Asara has a vast amount of life experience in metaphysics, education, business, healing and personal development. When I began to check out her book The One Command , I realized within the very first few pages that she was speaking a language I could easily relate to, and her words felt inspirational and plausible. I found myself wanting to know more about The One Command and theta brain waves. The book’s forward reads: ‘The simple premise of this book is that you have the capacity within you to change your life.” Ok, we’ve heard that before but what makes The One Command different? Well, the connection to the theta brain wave state while awake is the difference, and what a difference! In fact Asara wrote most of The One Command while in an altered state of theta.
What is the theta brain wave state? This is a brain wave pattern that operates in an electrical measurement from 4Hz to 7Hz and is the same brain wave pattern your brain operates within during REM sleep. When engaged in theta, you get to experience your non-judgmental subconscious mind, and the deep healing and creative abilities that are your birthright. In theta you are thinking with your greater intelligence, that intelligence that connects you with the ever-expanding universe. Asara writes this about the theta state:
“In theta, you reconnect to your natural, creative intelligence, and disengage from the fearful, limited world view of what is possible. You develop a natural sense of security and trust in the world. The thoughts you have while in theta are more powerful then your ordinary thoughts, and they bring about changes in your life quickly and easily.” – Asara Lovejoy, The One Command, page xix
Theta sounds amazing right? So I couldn’t help wondering what brainwave pattern have I been spending most of my precious awake time meandering around in, considering some of the issues I consistently find myself having to revisit. Beta is the answer to that question.
The ‘typical’ brain wave pattern that most people spend over 90% of their waking hours operating within is Beta, which measures between 14 and 30 Hz. When engaged in beta, also known as the cognitive mind, the brain focuses on the outside world to deal with problems. In beta there is intense mental activity, this is the brain wave state that is experienced during times of fear, stress and tension. It is the ‘monkey mind’ in action bouncing from one thing to the next. When we operate primarily in beta, we are continually recycling fear based, limiting beliefs about a world we have unconsciously learned about from other people’s perspectives. It makes sense that by learning to access theta in our daily lives, we can bring about substantial shifts in our own thinking and life experiences. In theta we can remember the truly expansive and abundant beings that we ARE. It also stands to reason that the more we operate from the theta state, the more high vibrational connection we will establish between our fellow humans, which over time will inevitably assist in raising universal consciousness.
Theta is the brain wave pattern that monks and Masters have historically spent lifetimes trying to achieve through tools such as transcendental meditation. As humans evolve, so do our capabilities, and it is no longer only the masters who can tap into and utilize this brain wave state. Anyone can access this relatively unused portion of their brains by learning a fairly simple 6 step technique as laid out in The One Command.
Asara writes; “How many times have you heard that your negative thoughts are the cause of financial lack and limitation? Or if you are rich, the fear of losing what you have has kept you from a peaceful enjoyment of your wealth? And why is it that with every effort to change these conditions it hasn’t quite worked yet?”
I have also wondered why, with all of the reading, soul searching, releasing and healing I have worked so hard on, I find myself stuck in the same cycle of lack and fear again? Asara says this: “The answer, I discovered, is because the most powerful yet mostly ignored portions of our mind – the ones that can change our limited ideas into a rich life lived with grace and ease – have been left untapped.”
This is where the The One Command comes into play. The One Command is a powerful process that helps you learn how to tap into these relatively unused portions of your brain in an easy to understand and applicable manner. There are six steps that can easily be learned and put into practice:
1. Ground
2. Align
3. Go to Theta
4. Command
5. Expand
6. Receive with Gratitude
You can learn all about these steps and all of the information Asara has lovingly put together in her book The One Command. I highly recommend reading The One Command book, and taking one of Asara’s seminars either online or in person. The book is very easy to read, the information gave me so many ‘ah-ha’ moments that I found myself laughing out loud while reading it, and most importantly I am having amazing results using the One Command in my everyday life.
As soon as I hear the negative, argumentative beta brain kick in, I am able to reach for a command instead, and choose the expansiveness of theta. It is that simple. I have already experienced an increase in my ability to visualize the positive changes I want to make in my life. I can feel a lightness to my thoughts and dreams along with an underlying faith or belief that I can really live the life of my desires. New people have been entering my experience daily since I started commanding, all with something to offer to my new experience. I have been using affirmations for years, none of which have had this kind of affect on me so quickly. I feel that this tool, along with affirmations, will help me to continue practicing and evolving my commanding skills. All the while literally changing my DNA to better suit my truth as an infinite, limitless being who is experiencing a physical existence.
The One Command is awesome, and I would encourage anyone who wishes to live a more expansive, peaceful, abundant and enlightened life to check it out! Happy Commanding!!
