This is an excerpt from Frances Pullin’s exciting new book, It is I, Amadeus (soon to be published!):

I understand that we travel in a soul group. We reincarnate together often and for soul lessons. We decide with a council before birth who will be our parents and many other paths that we will take in order to achieve the lesson. As I chose my parents and grew in a family of sisters and brothers, we all took on each other for our own reasons. I now know that I chose my mother to help heal the timidness of her family’s DNA and bring strength and courage into the women in my linage. I have done that by healing past lives where I was a victim and arisen in this life with untold strength. I also have been taught that by healing this DNA I am healing their DNA going backwards in time. Thus, when they reincarnate, they do not have to bring with them the timidness, but strength and courage. So when you hear the words, “You can choose your friends, but not your family”, take a moment to rethink this. You definitely choose your family and your friends and you do that before you incarnate. As you have chosen a lesson to be learned, you have also chosen how to learn the lesson and with whom. Do not think that you cannot deviate from that choice. You always have free will. Know that you can change the outcome of a reading from a psychic where your energy is saying something you do not resonate with. Change the energy which will change the outcome.

If you have already found your inner sanctum these words do not frighten you. They reinforce your beliefs. If you are just beginning your spiritual journey you will and should question them. In meditation ask your Guides and Angels to help you with these concepts. I honor your right to do this and would hope that you would. If you do not, then you are a victim of acceptance, because it is written for you to read it must be true. Know you are being asked to explore the possibilities and question what seems too “out of the box” for you. I will explain more about this as I proceed, but want to get your mind filled with questions and to seek the answers. I am a teacher and to be good at what I do I need to excite you and even aggravate you at times. Know that through the love I emanate, you need not be frightened, but curious.
