Unsupervised Video Classes Policy

Since our company is offering downloadable, non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and for each particular course or class.  We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement with the parties concerned.   In the case of a product ordered from our online store, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price if you are unsatisfied for any reason.  Buyer is to pay the shipping costs to return the item to a designated location after getting a return authorization from SMHAS by contacting us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Degree, Certificate & On Campus Courses

A full refund is issued only if the student has not yet started the class.  Once the class has started, the student can apply their tuition to another class but cannot receive a refund. Under certain circumstances, a refund will be considered.
